Techniques: Wrist Grab, Dress Grab, Hug

Empowerment: Situational Awareness

Techniques: Chokes & Ground Defense

Empowerment: Speaking Up

DAY 4.

RECURRING CLASSES

Training includes physical techniques & empowerment exercises.

Train your mind and body in a little as 1 class per week for 1.5 hours.
