HI, I'M FAUZIA
I have 2 blackbelts, trained in 7 martial arts, and trained with law enforcement officers and ex-FBI agents.
After being attacked on my way back from college - twice, after facing workplace harassment where my coworkers slammed the door on my finger and tried to pull my hijab off, and after being jumped by my lawyer, I learned that REAL Self-Defense is not combative; it's preventative.
Would you rather fight off an attacker on the street or prevent the attack from happening in the first place? Would you rather punch your coworker for being aggressive or prevent such a behavior from ever happening? Would you rather fight for respect constantly or just be treated respectfully all the time everywhere? Would you rather teach your kids to kick their bullies or would you rather teach them to use psychological techniques to make the bullies stop bullying?
We, here at Defense Ninjas, believe that prevention is better than cure. At least 50% of what we teach is prevention aka empowerment where we build your inner confidence and external persona to make you such a strong person that no one would even dare think about being aggressive with you. Less than 50% of our curriculum is self-defense where we teach how to prevent an attack, escape an attack, and counter attack.
Are You Unsafe?
If you, or your child, is facing any safety or empowerment issues currently, such as bullying, stalking, harassment, aggressive behavior from someone etc., then you need to eliminate these threats immediately because these may turn into rape, assault, or violence. In such a situation, in-person group classes is not the best solution for you. These group classes may not solve your unique problems, especially not quickly enough. Trying to solve your safety or empowerment concerns in such a setting may pose a serious threat to your life.
If you're in such a situation, you may qualify for private coaching. To get started, please click HERE FOR WOMEN and HERE FOR KIDS & TEENS. Watch the 1-hour masterclass on the page and then book a 45-minute FREE consultation & coaching call with us (link will appear on the masterclass page).
In this no-obligation free call, where you'll get a customized training plan to eliminate 100% of your issues in 90 days, guaranteed. We'll evaluate if private coaching is the best option for you and if you're a good fit for this training.
